(A) This is for your kind information that on the
occasion of Magh Bihu 2020 a programme named “Antaranga Gadhuli”
is being organised by The Assam Association Mumbai as per following schedule.
Date:
19th January 2020.
Venue:
Assam Bhawan,Vashi,Navi Mumbai.
Time: 7
p.m. onwards.
Programme Details: “Jatiyo Setonamulok Geet-Maat”
followed by Community Feast (with nominal contribution of ?400 per head).

As per the decision of
the Executive Committee meeting Dtd.04.01.2020, a “Special General Body
Meeting” is being called on the same day considering the convenience of the
members to attend both Magh Bihu programme and Special General Body Meeting.

Time: 5.30 p.m.
Agenda:
(i)Approval for acquiring a permanent office space
for “The Assam Association, Mumbai”.
(ii)Ratification of the decisions of Executive
Committee Meeting Dtd.04.01.2020 regarding Special Membership Drive.
You
are requested to attend the Special General Body meeting and to participate in “Antaranga
Gadhuli”.
NB:
On the occasion of Magh Bihu, this year also AAM is organising “Food for Soul”
programme, members can participate in the programme by contributing ?250 per
patient. Contribution can be deposited online to the Beneficiary account “The
