A. The Assam Association, Mumbai has entrusted me with conducting the election of its Executive Committee for the 2019‑2021 term.
B. As Presiding Officer, I hereby notify the detailed schedule and appeal to all members to participate, fostering healthy competition in line with our Association's guiding principles.

- Nomination Forms Due: 30 January 2019
- Scrutiny & Validations: 1 February 2019
- Withdrawal Deadline: 3 February 2019 (by 6 pm)
- If contest, Voting & Counting: 16 February 2019 | 4–8 pm
How to Apply
- Only Life Members in good standing may nominate for President, General Secretary & Treasurer.
- One nomination per member; Proposer & Supporter must also be members.
- Area‑specific posts require candidate & proposers to reside in that area (except women‑reserved seats).
- Submit scanned forms to election.aam@gmail.com & confirm via phone by 30 Jan, 8–11 pm.
- Postal nominations to Dr. H.D. Sarma, B‑28 Ajanta, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai 400094 (received by 30 Jan).
