(A) Magh Bihu 2020 – “Antaranga Gadhuli”

• Date: 19th January 2020
• Venue: Assam Bhawan, Vashi, Navi Mumbai
• Time: 7:00 p.m. onwards
• Programme: “Jatiyo Setonamulok Geet-Maat” followed by Community Feast
  Contribution: ₹400 per head

(B) Special General Body Meeting

As per the Executive Committee’s decision dated 04.01.2020, the Special General Body Meeting will be held:

• Date: 19th January 2020
• Venue: Assam Bhawan, Vashi, Navi Mumbai
• Time: 5:30 p.m.

Agenda:

1. Approval for acquiring a permanent office space for The Assam Association, Mumbai.
2. Ratification of Executive Committee decisions dated 04.01.2020 regarding the Special Membership Drive.
