The Assam Association, Mumbai is organizing a Special General Meeting (SGM) to deliberate on vital matters concerning:

• Setting terms and privileges for Founder Members of the Regional Cultural Complex (RCC)
• Finalizing the Governing Body of the RCC
• Postponement of the General Election date

Agenda

1. Reschedule of General Election date (coinciding with Rongali Bihu)
2. Ratification of earlier Bye Law amendments (as per Charity Commissioner’s guidance)
3. Finalization of T&C for Founder Members of RCC
4. Privileges for Founder Members of RCC
5. Approval of RCC Governing Committee members list
